Free stores are 100% completely free of charge and give you up to 5 branded products in your online store. You can design as many as you’d like, but can only have up to 5 active at a time. With free stores, you will also be listing all of your items at cost without the ability to make profit.

Commercial stores, on the other hand, require a monthly or yearly subscription, but have no limit to the number of active products in your online store. They also allow you to mark up each item and use Stripe to deposit those earnings directly into a linked account.

Of course! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

Swag codes allow you to create unique codes you can give out to your customers, employees, family, and friends that allow you to treat them to a discount or pieces of your merch on you! You pick the number of items allowed or amount off, number of uses for that code, start/end time, etc and let them pick their favorite products, in the sizes they need, shipped directly to their doorstep.

Unfortunately not. All items purchased are made to order.

The vendors we work with do their best to guarantee the highest print quality. In the event of a defective print please send photos to support@merchmarkit.com so that we can evaluate the defect and determine whether a replacement will be sent out free of charge.
